Never mind that the photos are of, shall we say variable quality, that the gallery system used is not as useful as it could be (you can't download sets, you can't search, only browse). No, what makes this warrant a steer-clear notice, is that it is in Suspended Animation; no life observed since February 2005, which belies the site's claim of updates 3 times a week.
With just 107 albums totalling 14680 photos, and no video, I can't even recommend signing up for just a trial month (which would cost $24.95). As an added extra (you're buying access to a bunch of sites) it's better than a kick in the teeth. As a main attraction, it's very poor.
