You've got to love Meat Members and their brilliantly unsubtle site names. They seem to save their invention for the actual site content, which is far more preferable.
Frank Wank is a fairly different spin on the slightly 'mischievous' concept of 'tricking' 'amateurs' into sex. Excuse the inverted commas, but they're necessary here. Most of them aren't actually amateurs, but that doesn't actually matter to the concept of the site.
It puts the idea forward of Mr Wank as being a secret-agent pimp and it all adds a great amount of amusement, particularly on the videos, and like with much of MM's material, they've attempted to do something a little different. And they don't take it too seriously, which is also a blessed relief. $33/£17 per month isn't steep either because of the amount of material on view and the quality of it.
Frank Wank may not be able to leap tall buildings, but his own large erection helps this site almost into orbit.
