" I had trailsubcr. with Cumfiesta (and all bonus sites), which I
wanted to automatically change in month subscr. After 5 days no
access anymore. No email received either for confirmation of start
subscr. or cancellation.
I spent 4 days trying to reach helpdesk on 2 different
emailaddresses. Only after 5 days I received confirmation that
$39,95 was refunded to my creditcard, finally.
This means they already had charged me in full, while I had NO
ACCESS. I did not want the monthly subscr. anymore due to poor
helpdesk qualilty (although they claim to help 24h. a day).
Will never try a subscr. again.... "

bottom we are not given the 800 number, only the one out of
miami. When I called I just waited for a least ten minutes to a
recording telling me all the reps are with other customers.
When going to the same site and entering look up details, I was
not able to cancel. The button that says "Acct Info / Cancel " did
nothing but give me account info.
On the terms and conditions, I also notice that they say:
"C. Membership Fees
Subscriber's subscription to the service will be automatically
renewed as stated below upon expiration of the initial term,
unless SITE is notified via our online Customer Service Area at
http://service.adultprovide.com. The 3 day trial
membership renews at the monthly rate if the subscriber has not
cancelled 24 hours prior to the expiration date."
NOTICE THE BLURB ABOUT HAVING TO CANCEL 24 HOURS IN
ADVANCE. And then there was the fact that the website they
referenced did not really have anything at all allowing me to
cancel.
Sure it is a decent site. But whether you can trust them and their
business practices. I leave that to you.
Btw, anyone else notice that it almost seems like the insulting
messages almost seem like they are from the same person?

similar scam. They do not tell you when you order that you will
automatically be charged for a full month after the 3-day trial.
You have to search deep down into the Terms of Service to find
this info.
When I got my credit card bill, I attempted to cancel thru the
website, and was asked for a "Subscription Code," which I don't
have now and never did have. There have been no replies to
my emails. I called a number in Florida given in the "Help Pages"
on my own dime, and was put on hold for a long period of time.
To avoid these hassles, don't do business with

guess the did the block on my ip address like you guys were
talking about but i found a way around it for those who are
having problems you can got to https://www.billingsupport.com
and unsubscribe ther or call 800-893-8871 or 310-827-9939. it
works and they send you an email confirmation which takes
away the possiblity that they can say you never unsubscribed.

" What this slick, BS, underhanded, scamming, no-good, thieving
company is doing is as follows: They use a programming
technique called .htaccess to hide certain content of their support
site to your specific computer. Each computer is issued an IP
address (something llike 69.335.3.442 (sample). When you sign
up for the account they record that IP address. They then plug
that IP address into their .htaccess file which will hide the
cancellation button to you and only you during the 3 day trial
period. After the 3 day trial period is up, they remove your IP
address from their htaccess file and the cancellation
button 'magically' reappears. This is why some people see the
cancellation button and people with a 3 day trial period do not.
They only way to see it would have been to go to someone elses
computer and cancel your order.
They understand that when a person comes to cancel their
account they will most likely do it 24 hours or so before the 3 day
period is up. Coming to their site and not finding a way to cancel
your account, this frivelous company knows that you will then try
emailing or calling. People tend to try emailing first. Calling
second. I personally emailed 3 times with no response. When I
finally called they insisted that their email system is automated
and that I should have received a reply. My question is, why put
a way to email on thier site to help@adultprovide.com if it is only
an automated service that 'supposedly' send an automated
response? For the record, this is a legitimate email account that
has no automated response system. They know that when you
email, you'll usually wait up to 24 hours to email a 2nd time. This
is all the time they need to ensure that your trial membership
runs out and they charge your card again.
Over the phone they will deny that there is anyway to do all of
this but I ensure you, my collegues and myself use this tactic all
the time as a way to hide or show content based on personal
prefferences. It's a simple technique that these people are using
to scam people out of their money.
I suggest complaining to your credit card company and insisting
that they refund your money. Tell them exactly what I've written
here. "
