membership ended I got 20 emails in my box, but once my check was
cashed I stopped getting emails, and the ones I got were super old and
reused. I have to say I liked the porn video selection. I just wonder

- A steady stream of phantom members (AKA "bots") teasing you

- More bots filling the halls of chat rooms, all curiously mute
- Occasional real women who spam the male population in
exchange for free membership (This will explain the proclivity of
females to submit rave reviews of Eroticy to forums like this.)
- Members who are "Online Now" perpetually
- A suspicious overabundance of bisexual and bicurious
female "members"
- Censorship of any sign of dissent within chat rooms and forum
boards
- Photos of "members" lifted from porn sites
- Profiles of defunct members recycled and altered to suit
marketing purposes
- Puerile conversation from the few humans on board
- Sloppy spelling in site-generated content
Now here is what you may get once you get wise and quit:
- A message at logon claiming you are "permanently banned", for
reasons never spoken

" I was curious if I was just receiving SPAM or not from them. I've
had nothing but garbage from AdultFriendFinder, and now that
my free trial is up on Eroticy, I get about 1 or 2 new emails a day
from "people", but of course I can't view the message. I am
thinking it's more typical adult dating SPAM, but I might try the
first reviewer's idea (with the check). "

" What a joke! Before you actually pay, every other day you get an
e-mail from what appears to be a hottie. You cant actually see
what is being written until you subscribe. Luckily, I wrote a check,
was given access, and cancelled the check before it was cashed.
For some reason, my subscription stayed active for 3 months. Of
course you find out the e-mails you do get are totally lame and
only a tactic to get you to subscribe. "

chat rooms are awesome and well moderated. There combination
of the discovery features and the content is what makes it so
powerful. I disagree somewhat with the reviewer in that the
price seems very reasonable compared to most other sites. The
monthly charge is about $20 which seems reasonable for a
dating, community, and content site. "
